Vestibular Patients

During your initial visit you will go through a series of tests showing if you have an inner ear problem, neck or central (brain) dysfunction which needs to be addressed. Vestibular Patients - Inner Ear Problems

You should try to avoid eating the hour prior to the evaluation and the evaluation will be more successful if you are not taking a vestibular suppressant (Dramamine, Valium, Mechlazine), please contact your physician if you have been prescribed these medications.

Based on the test results, a home exercise program will be created to address the areas of weakness. Your success rate depends on your compliance with your home exercises.

For inner ear problems the average treatments are 3-5 visits. Central problems or combination with cervical problems extended treatment sessions are usually needed.
